If you’re coaching or managing a team this year or planning on being an on-ice parent volunteer, you must complete a police background check. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Forms can obtained at the Bob Birnie Arena, where you must show the attendant 2 pieces of government ID and fill out the form with them. A paper receipt will be given and must be emailed to the HWI Registrar at registrar.hwi@gmail.com<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Police background checks are considered valid for 2 years.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
