\"\u27a1\ufe0f\"<\/span> A reminder of the Hockey Quebec PARENTS’ CODE OF ETHICS:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
A. Show respect for coaches, managers, and officials.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
B. Have a good behaviour and use appropriate language.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
C. Avoid any verbal abuse towards the participants and support all efforts in this regard.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
D. Never forget that their child plays in a sport or takes part in a leisure activity for his pleasure, not for his parent\u2019s pleasure.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
E. Encourage their child to respect the sportsmanship charter, the rules of the game, or the internal management rules of their team or program.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
F. Recognize their child\u2019s outstanding performance as well as those of opposing participants.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
G. Help their child to improve their skills and develop sportsmanship or camaraderie.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
H. Teach their child that an honest effort is just as good as a victory.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
I. Objectively judge the possibilities of their child and avoid projections.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
J. Help their child choose one or more activities to their likings.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
K. Never ridicule a child for making a mistake or losing the game.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
L. Encourage their child, by their example, to respect the rules and resolve conflicts without aggression or violence.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
M. Read the guidelines offered on www.sportbienetre.ca<\/a> website.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
N. Use social networks, the Internet, and other electronic media in an ethical and respectful manner towards colleagues, coaches, and managers, not to use it to provoke the opponent or another member.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
O. Ensure that everyone is treated in a respectful and fair manner, regardless of age, sex, colour, race, citizenship, ethnic origin, language, religion, disability, gender identity or sexual orientation.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
P. Commit to comply with all requirements and recommendations of the Quebec Public Health and other government authorities, and to implement and adopt all necessary measures to do so in respect with the Federation’s return to hockey plan.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Q. Ensure full confidentiality in all cases, including those related to COVID-19.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
R. Strictly observe and respect Hockey Quebec\u2019s rules in respect to its return to hockey plan as well as public health rules.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
S. Accept and respect at all times the decisions of administrators, coaches and officials in respect with the Federation’s return to hockey plan as well as public health rules.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

T. Read and sign the Agreement to the Parents’ Code of Ethics<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n

\n
A. D\u00e9montrer du respect envers les entra\u00eeneurs, les dirigeants et les officiels (le)s.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
B. Avoir une bonne conduite et utiliser un langage appropri\u00e9.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
C. \u00c9viter toute violence verbale envers les participantes et les participants et appuyer tous les efforts d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s en ce sens.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
D. Ne jamais oublier que leur enfant joue dans un sport ou participe \u00e0 une activit\u00e9 de loisir pour son proper plaisir, pas pour celui de ses parents.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
E. Encourager leur enfant au respect de la charte de l\u2019esprit sportif, des r\u00e8gles du jeu ou des r\u00e8gles de r\u00e9gie interne de son \u00e9quipe ou du programme.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
F. Reconna\u00eetre les bonnes performances de leur enfant comme celles des participantes et des participants adverses.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
G. Aider leur enfant \u00e0 chercher \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer ses habilet\u00e9s et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper son esprit sportif ou de camaraderie.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
H. Apprendre \u00e0 leur enfant qu\u2019un effort honn\u00eate vaut tout autant que la victoire.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
I. Juger objectivement les possibilit\u00e9s de leur enfant et \u00e9viter les projections.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
J. Aider leur enfant \u00e0 choisir une ou des activit\u00e9s selon ses go\u00fbts.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
K. Ne jamais tourner en ridicule un enfant parce qu\u2019il a commis une faute ou qu\u2019il a perdu le match.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
L. Encourager leur enfant par leur exemple \u00e0 respecter les r\u00e8glements et \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre les conflits sans agressivit\u00e9 ni violence.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
M. Prendre connaissance des lignes de conduite offertes sur le site www.sportbienetre.ca.<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
N. Utiliser les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, internet et autres m\u00e9dias \u00e9lectroniques de fa\u00e7on \u00e9thique et respectueuse des<\/div>\n
coll\u00e8gues, entra\u00eeneurs et dirigeants, ne pas s\u2019en servir pour provoquer l\u2019adversaire ou un autre membre.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
O. S\u2019assurer que chacun soit trait\u00e9 avec respect et \u00e9quit\u00e9.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
P. S\u2019engager \u00e0 se conformer \u00e0 toutes les exigences et recommandations de la Sant\u00e9 publique du Qu\u00e9bec et autres<\/div>\n
autorit\u00e9s gouvernementales, et \u00e0 mettre en place et adopter toutes les mesures n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 cet effet en<\/div>\n
lien avec le plan de retour au hockey de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Q. Conserver obligatoirement la confidentialit\u00e9 dans tous les dossiers, notamment ceux en lien avec la COVID19.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
