Due to Bill 25, Hockey Québec had to add a new “CONSENT TO COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION” waiver on August 14. The new waiver is therefore missing for all player, volunteer and coach registrations made before 15 August 2023.
All parents, volunteers and coaches who registered before 15 August 2023 are asked to go to their “My Account” on “myaccount.spordle.com” in the “To Do” tab to sign the new waiver.
THIS WAIVER IS COMPULSORY FOR THE 2023-2024 SEASON.
